To further enhance tool longevity, each mill features an advanced nACo or AlTiSiN coating, offering a surface hardness of HV3800 and oxidation resistance up to 1200°C. This makes them ideal for high-speed dry cutting in mold and die manufacturing. The optimized 4-flute geometry with a reinforced core ensures maximum rigidity and a flawless surface finish on materials like SKD11, D2, and hardened H13.
